Freshworks is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (Executive Recruiting) to join our team in North America. The position is based in San Mateo (CA) or Bellevue (WA). This is an opportunity to work directly with our Executive Leadership Team to fill their senior most positions. The ideal fit for this role, is someone that can juggle multiple high profile requisitions, and someone who is just as comfortable supporting Product, Sales or Corporate G&A requisitions. You will report directly into our Head of Global Talent Acquisition

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Transformational mindset to drive our Talent Acquisition processes
• Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes.
• Partner effectively with other HR counterparts (including but not limited to HRBPs, HR Ops, Talent Management, Leadership, etc) and counterparts around the globe
• Ensure a high-touch experience for every candidate from first contact to final offer, flawless best in class onboarding and post onboarding check in
• Oversee leadership hiring in North America and Europe
• Build a pipeline of top candidates for different roles by using a variety of sourcing channels (inbound, outbound, agencies, etc.)
• Own and drive end to end recruitment process from (sourcing, interviews, negotiating compensation proposals and closing candidate offers)

Qualifications

• 12+ years of recruiting experience
• The ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with our senior leadership
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• Strong collaborator with a strong work ethic and ownership who enjoys working in a high-energy team environment and is passionate about other people
• Strong talent sourcing skills and full recruitment life cycle
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in using HR technology and applicant tracking systems

The annual base salary range for this position is between $124,236 - $186,354

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
