As the Engineering Group Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the technical direction and execution of our engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. This is a senior leadership role that requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, strong strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills.

- What you’ll do:
· Set the strategic direction for the engineering team, aligning with technological trends, initiatives, and opportunities for innovation.
· Lead the interviewing, mentoring, and performance evaluation of a high-performing engineering team.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and quality within the team.
· Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align business objectives and technology strategies.
· Oversee all technology-related decisions and resources, including budget and adherence to technology standards and best practices.
· Develop and implement operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives.
· Establish and implement standards, key performance indicators, and procedures to ensure the consistent achievement and maintenance of quality standards and productivity levels.
· Prepare, write, and review technical proposals and technical presentations, both internally and externally.
· Develop detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for the team.
· Understand and collaborate on the complete product lifecycle from concept to execution.
· Spearhead product development initiatives, identifying opportunities for new projects and improved processes.
· Ensure the department's compliance with all company, customer, and legal requirements.
· Promote and support company objectives, core values, mission, and vision statements.
· Performing other duties as assigned, embracing tenacity and adaptability in fulfilling additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- Excellent team player, able to collaborate effectively and contribute to the success of the team and organization.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a demonstrated track record of effectively managing and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams. Be able to foster collaboration and a drive a culture of innovation.
- A minimum of 15 years of engineering experience is required, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Have proven experience in managing and growing high-performing engineering teams.
- Extensive knowledge of modern software development methodologies, technologies, and project management practices. Expertise in RF, microwave, or millimeter-wave circuit design and product development is essential. Experience in software and firmware development, as well as hardware engineering, is also required.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements is important to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Strong organizational competencies and project management skills are required to ensure effective project and process management. Be able to handle multiple tasks, excel in a deadline-oriented environment, and ensure the engineering team stays on track and delivers results.
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work is necessary, with the ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Be proficient in verbal, visual, and written communication and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Be capable of thinking strategically and have a broad perspective to understand the big picture. Should actively contribute to product strategy, collaborate effectively with Product Management teams.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
