Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction of our corporate operations division, working closely with leadership to develop and meet company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of our organizational objectives.
Identify and implement innovative processes, technologies, and systems to optimize our operations, resource utilization, and material efficiency.
Establish and enforce operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure consistent support and execution.
Provide regular performance reports and metrics to leadership, offering valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Identify training needs and facilitate the development of training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
Oversee the daily workflow of the corporate operations department, including the Operations, Guest Services, and Owner Liaison teams.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven track record with at least 10 years of operational experience.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
Extensive knowledge of industry best practices and procedures.
Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
