Vice President Content Jobs

Our client is looking for an experienced Head of Content Production who has a strong background in both linear and social media content production for high-scale reality or gaming shows. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with audiences across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of content producers and ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget
• Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the OTT and social media space, including new technologies and business models
• Oversee the content production process from ideation to final delivery for linear and social media platforms
• Identify opportunities for innovation and think outside the box to create new and exciting content that resonates with audiences
• Work closely with talent to ensure that their creative visions are brought to life
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to ensure that all content aligns with the overall brand strategy
• Develop and manage budgets for all projects, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of linear and social media content production
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong creative vision and the ability to think outside the box
• Deep understanding of the OTT and social media space and its business models
• At least 7 years of experience in content production for high-scale reality or gaming shows
• Experience working with talent and managing budgets
• Experience working in a start-up environment, business presentations and venture-capital backed companies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Note: This role is equity only during the pre-seed fundraising period, which we expect to close by end of summer.
