With its seasoned management team and over 450 employees, izmocars is a full-service partner dedicated to driving dealership growth and profitability. We are seeking an innovative, results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our multi-product sales organization during a period of rapid growth and expansion. As VP of Sales, you will craft and implement sales strategies across divisions to exceed revenue goals and identify new opportunities.
You will manage a team of seasoned sales managers, providing motivation, coaching, and leadership to capitalize on their strengths. Collaboration will be key as you empower sales heads to build high-performing teams that execute synchronized sales plans across the organization.
We are looking for dynamic, high-achieving sales professionals with the drive and tenacity to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a proven record of sales leadership achievements.
Experience in Auto Dealer Software industry is preferred.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and models that maximize revenues across multiple product divisions
- Present solutions, negotiate contracts, and form strategic partnerships with C-level executives
- Lead a team of sales manager, providing motivation and leadership to reach individual and team objectives
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify areas for continual improvement
- Collaborate with marketing teams to build sales enablement programs, tools, and campaigns
- Travel extensively to meet with prospective clients, strengthen customer relationships, and attend industry conferences
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate sales strategies into executable plans
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, managing multi-product/division teams
- Deep knowledge of auto dealership business with extensive contacts within dealer groups
- Deep knowledge of sales technologies, CRM systems and metrics
- Experience selling solutions and services at the executive level
- Successful track record exceeding revenue goals and leading sales growth for auto dealer software
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
