Job Title: SVP GTM Manager for Enterprise AI Workbench

We are looking for a GTM Manager to lead the successful launch and adoption of our enterprise AI Workbench and the associated services. As a GTM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our AI Workbench, driving customer acquisition and retention, ensuring revenue growth, and developing alliances and partnerships in the AI ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences, and to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention, including digital marketing, events, and content marketing.
- Work closely with customers to understand their AI use cases, help them select the best-fit models for their needs, and assist with data preparation and model deployment on the Workbench.
- Analyze and report on key metrics related to customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and partnership development.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the enterprise AI Workbench, including product positioning, target customer identification, pricing, and distribution channels.
- Develop compelling marketing materials and messaging that clearly articulates the value proposition of the AI Workbench to target customers.
- Participate in relevant industry events and conferences to promote our AI Workbench and to stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
- Identify and develop partnerships with relevant technology vendors, data providers, and consulting firms to expand the reach and capabilities of our AI Workbench.
- Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy and to develop sales enablement tools and customer success programs.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies that drove revenue growth.
- 10+ years of experience in a GTM or product marketing role, preferably in the enterprise software or AI industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and analysis.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in the enterprise market, particularly with respect to model selection and deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
