Remote
10+ month initial contract
Hourly Pay Rate: $34-37/hr (medical benefits available at a cost)
Orion Group is hiring for a remote University Campus Recruiter for our medical device manufacturer client. This is a fully remote role that can be worked from anywhere in the US!
Job Responsibilities:
- Documents all processes, process changes, best practices, etc. in UR Standard Work Document
- Partner with hiring managers and human resource business partners to identify final candidates and lead the offer process and pre-hire process to coordinate intern drug & background check processes.
- Assist with all logistics for DEI focused recruiting activities such as career fairs, networking sessions, swag orders etc. in cross-functional collaboration with managers and human resource business partners.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Track status of requisitions and manage the recruitment timeline in alignment with our defined program goals.
- Provide support with reporting & metrics, process audits, and improving handoffs/communication between departments.
- Responsible for the execution of campus recruiting for the Internship Program such as scheduling and conducting candidate phone screens, interviews, communication of agenda and logistics to candidates and hiring managers.
- Implement D+I recruiting strategy to attract strong, local, and diverse pipeline of campus talent that aligns to DEI program goals working with MSI's like HBCU, HSI, etc.
- Lead job requisition process with hiring managers for intern roles and post on Workday and Handshake.
