Job Description
$10,000.00 Sign-On Bonus!
Manages the system-wide nursing recruitment and hiring processes. Nursing recruitment includes Certified Nursing Assistants and Registered Nurses and other nursing positions as deemed appropriate. Develops and administers programs and processes to effectively attract and retain nursing staff. Performs other related duties as required.
Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Prefer recruiting experience. Appropriate mix of clinical nursing recruiting and professional recruiting preferred
Range of motion within functional limits, including bending, stooping, stretching as well as standing, walking, and sitting (occasionally for prolonged periods). Requires functional vision and hearing, eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity and lifting to 35 pounds.
Location: UNC Health Blue Ridge · Human Resources
Schedule: Full Time, 1st Shift, Mon-Fri with some early and late hours based on events
