HYBRID (FT/Temp)- Atlanta, GA or REMOTE (FT/Temp) - All Other Locations Our client is an expert advisory services firm specializing in international arbitration, general commercial arbitration/litigation, forensic accounting, economic damages, construction, and government contracting. They partner with general contractors, owners, developers, engineers, and their legal counsel to guide them through litigation/arbitration proceedings related to construction disputes. Description : Due to continued and accelerating growth, our client seeks to employ a talented recruiting professional to join the Corporate team based in their global headquarters in Atlanta. This person will partner with hiring managers across the globe to fulfill hiring needs via campus and experienced hire channels. They are seeking a tenacious, hard-working professional who takes a creative and consultative approach to recruiting, someone who can execute on a transactional level and strategically guide candidates and hiring managers. Duties : Identify, attract and qualify active and passive candidates for junior-mid level openings across all service lines, globally Full cycle recruiting: sourcing, managing interview process, extending offers, closing candidates Utilize multiple venues to source candidates; LinkedIn, iCMS, relevant websites, Boolean search, industry publications, etc. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and determine search strategy Develop relationships and build trust with hiring managers and interviewers Gain a comprehensive understanding of the firm, services, and culture to properly communicate our value proposition to candidates Manage the interview process and provide timely feedback to the business and candidates Negotiate and close candidate offers Build diverse candidate slates, cognizant of firm diversity goals Provide high touch, positive candidate experience – creating ambassadors Coordinate global campus recruiting activity, partnering with local leadership across all geo-centers Maintain accurate and timely records in ATS (iCIMS) as well as manage relevant paperwork Understand and adhere to relevant legal, immigration and corporate regulations Maintain shared tracking of the status of all potential new hires that would require sponsorship to ensure as smooth and timely of a hiring process as possible Serve as consultative business partner to hiring managers – have a point of view to provide guidance Assist with other HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives as required Other duties as assigned Requirements : Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years’ recruiting experience , strong preference for mix of agency and in-house Strong preference for experience within a professional services firm, ideally with some exposure to forensics, disputes, litigation/arbitration, economics, etc. Demonstrated ability to learn new industries and skill-sets Strong technical skills – ATS ( preferably iCIMS ), campus recruiting portals (Handshake, Symplicity, etc.), MS Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, general research Experience explaining and negotiating compensation and benefits packages Understanding of relevant legal regulations – EEO, OFCCP, immigration Experience managing sponsorship applications Understanding of and ability to embrace current DE and amp;I concepts Excellent organizational and communications skills Willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done Creative problem solver, entrepreneurial team player Desire to be a part of building an amazing organization Schedule/Location : Hybrid , 3 days per week in-office (Atlanta, GA 30361) Remote (outside of the Atlanta, GA area) Full-Time, Temporary 40 hours per week Benefits : N/A Physical Demands This position is largely sedentary in nature, however, one must possess the ability to speak, hear, see and write as well as the ability to use a computer and related software programs, and lift up to 10 lbs.
