Job Description

Our client is a boutique financial executive search firm based in NYC. They are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join the team. This position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days on site in Midtown, Manhattan. This firm offers excellent benefits and opportunity for growth!

Job Details

  • Log market observations from conversations with candidates
  • Enter and update candidate and client information in ATS and CRM
  • Support senior staff with client meeting requirements
  • Source candidates through recruiting platforms, job boards, and proactive searching
  • Salary Range: $70-95k annually, based on experience
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports, pitches, and presentations
  • Develop targeted pipeline of candidates for specific searches and client needs
  • Oversee data management and quality control in multiple databases

  • Create tailored candidate biographies and other documents

Skills and Qualifications

  • Dedicated to detail and highly organized
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strategic problem solver and strong relationship builder
  • Tech savvy, with an aptitude for learning new technologies and skills
  • Previous experience in finance or investment industries required, Private Equity or Investment Banking highly preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience in recruiting, sourcing, or executive search
