Junior Recruiter

Pritchard Industries Sports and Entertainment Group is looking for a part time (30 hours) professional, experienced, and highly organized Junior Recruiter to join our company and help us efficiently source, pre-select, and ultimately hire top industry talent. This is a Hybrid position but must reside near Orlando, FL area preferably, with the ability to travel. We are looking for a bilingual in Spanish candidate to fill this role.

You will collaborate with our lead recruiter on updating the ATS, identifying the scope of our recruitment needs, sourcing candidates from multiple job boards, and managing the selection process.

You will schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with other members of our recruiting team and make shortlists of the most successful candidates and present them to the hiring manager.

As you’ll be regularly communicating with the lead recruiter, hiring managers, candidates, excellent communication skills are a prerequisite for getting the job completed. Working knowledge of candidate tracking systems, such as Clear Company and UKG will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess candidates’ applications, perform screenings, schedule and conduct interviews, and report on the progress of your recruitment initiatives to your manager weekly.
• Pre-select and source candidates using employee referrals, networking through social media, and job ads.
• Answer any questions potential candidates may have about our company and keep them updated on their progress through the hiring funnel.
• Work together with the lead recruiter and your manager, hiring managers to determine recruitment needs, post positions and source/interview candidates.
• Any other tasks as required by the lead recruiter or your manager.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of popular ATS solutions.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Ability to pivot and change direction without a moment’s notice.
• Superb time-management and organizational abilities
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• 2+ years of experience conducting recruitment initiatives remotely.
