This includes providing counseling services to students with mental health issues, as well as providing crisis intervention and referrals to appropriate resources. The University Counselor I is also responsible for providing educational and preventative services to students, faculty, and staff. This includes providing educational programs and workshops on mental health topics, as well as providing referrals to appropriate resources. The University Counselor I is also responsible for providing consultation services to faculty and staff on mental health issues. Job Skills Required
