Job Description
Bring diverse and passionate talent driven by purpose to Careforth as a recruiter and generalist with a focus on retention. Source sales and other roles, carry candidates through a full cycle recruitment process and support the company's engagement and retention strategy. Manage the onboarding, new hire and exit survey/interview process. Additionally, in partnership with HR Business Partner(s), provide coaching and guidance on employee relations and retention matters.


  • Working knowledge of employment law, pay practices and talent management
  • Provide proactive and reactive HR support to the business, managing and resolving employee relations and retention issues
  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment; including talent sourcing, screening and offer management
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (iCIMS is a plus)
  • Conduct exit interview and report trends/recommendations
  • 2-4 years’ progressive experience in human resources, including experience in a recruitment role
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience
  • Creativity in and knowledge of sourcing passive candidates.
  • Create brand awareness by posting to and optimizing social media platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor
  • Support compensation related activities
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate and influence across multiple audiences, including conflict management
  • Meet and consult with hiring managers
