Job Description

Inclusively is partnering with a financial services provider to hire a HR Generalist II - Associate Services. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**


ABOUT INCLUSIVELY:

Responsibilities include:

  • BS/BA in Human Resource related field or equivalent HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of Disaster & Security protocols
  • Responsible for facilitating training to new and existing associates within the HR HELP team with a focus on the area for which he or she is the Subject Matter Expert
  • Depth of knowledge of principles and practices of a specific field of specialization such as finance, human resources, IS, marketing, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Human Resource related field, or customer service related field
  • Serves as first level HR support for associates regarding Benefits, Compensation, Performance and Conduct Management, Hiring Procedures, HR Policy Interpretation and Promotion, Separation and Transfer Processes
  • Must have a full understanding of associate investigations, discipline, and separation processes and be able to assist
  • The core responsibilities of the HR Generalist II position is responding to phone and written fundamental HR questions for Canadian and US associates using our case management platform Service Now
  • Responsible for maintaining core service and quality measures within standard service level agreement
  • Responsible for supporting an area of business, functioning as a Subject Matter Expert including building stakeholder partnerships inclusive of reactive and proactive communication in order to provide an exceptional associate experience
  • General knowledge of all business areas including Compliance, FAD, BATD, Branch Facilities
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, firm policy and procedures
  • Strong organizational, judgement and problem solving skills
  • Utilize de-escalation techniques and offer support when responding to associates who are distressed by work related matters, personal crisis, or other concerns


Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the French language is a plus
  • PHR or SPHR is preferred
  • Ability to think strategically, identify process improvement solutions for subject matter area
  • Subject matter expertise in HR discipline such as Employee Relations, Benefits, Leaves
  • Knowledge of Canadian employment law is preferred
  • HR Generalist experience is preferred
