Job Description

The Temporary Coordinator, Client Activation at Forbes is on the Client Activation team that will focus on delivering best-in-class paid social and lead generation campaigns - with a laser focus on optimization, advanced measurement, and innovation.


You will be responsible for executing client campaigns, and collaborating on best practices and optimization strategies within the social and lead generation channels.


Responsibilities
  • Create accurate campaign wrap reports and deliver on time
  • Track all campaigns in Smartsheet
  • Assist with execution of Paid Social programs for Forbes’ advertisers
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners
  • Assist the social team with pricing and go-to–market approach for Forbes’ social products
  • Work with the sales team to develop pre-sales social pitches, pricing and products for Forbes’ advertisers
  • Advance analysis of campaigns and real-time optimization processes
  • Provide assistance to the social team on monthly billings reports, daily pacing reports, etc.
  • Monitor client programs to ensure contracted goals are met; optimize for peak performance and ROI
  • Assist with the execution of multi-channel lead generation campaigns for Forbes’ advertisers
  • Work closely with functional leaders on audience targeting; optimization; pricing
  • Manage platform spending; ROI
  • Develop post campaign reports, insights and stories
  • Report on performance by client, channel, etc. daily/weekly/monthly as necessary
  • Collaborate with account management teams to execute lead generation campaigns via Forbes platforms


The Ideal Candidate


  • Tech-savvy, organized, and creative individual who can strategically oversee client campaigns and effectively communicate to the internal and external teams a data story
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration and influencing skills
  • Hands-on experience with paid social platforms (Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn) and marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms - most importantly paid social and best practices
  • Ability to quickly adapt to various forms of technology, and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to strategically analyze, identify and translate insights into effective strategies
  • 1-3 years in social media, demand generation or digital marketing roles


The hourly rate for this role is $40.00 - $44.00
