Jr. Hr Generalist | Remote

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Jr. HR Generalist at the Bio Radio. The Jr. HR Generalist provides support in the areas of human resources, employee relations, and employee engagement. The role involves working closely with senior HR staff to manage and maintain HR systems, assist with recruiting and hiring processes, and train employees on HR policies and procedures. Additionally, the Jr. HR Generalist will support various HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including employment laws and regulations
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources or related field
• Professional certification in human resources (PHR or SPHR) is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Overview of what you would do:

• Assist with the corporate recruiting function.
• Support the payroll and operations processes.
• Maintain department recordkeeping.
• Direct responsibilities in the oversight of the HRIS.
• Assist with administering company benefits.
• Lead responsibilities for the HR website with third-party development oversight.
• Assist in identifying local and national regulations and employment laws that may impact Associates.
• Assist with internal and external communication projects.
