Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Sales and Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit that wants to make a sizeable income while working a manageable schedule that allows you to enjoy your life and your family. Ownership Potential, while working with cutting edge insure tech to simplify tasks, policies and procedures. Remotely selling life insurance policies to new and existing clients as well as finding, recruiting and training teams virmtually across the U.S. to grow the agency and help more clients.


Responsibilities

  • Comply with all insurance standards & regulations
  • Find & recruit key talent to grow agency for passive income potential
  • Present & write insurance policies to new & existing clients via phone or Zoom.
  • Track & identify areas of improvement.
  • Personal Development is a MUST - 30 minutes a day minimum.
  • Develop & calculate options based on clients needs.

Qualifications

  • Marketing/Social Media skills a plus
  • Previous experience in insurance, customer service or related fields a plus
  • Likeable, trainable, teachable
  • Knowledgeable or willing to learn Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, & Power Point
  • Independent Broker: Work for yourself but not by yourself
  • Perseverance. Ability to focus on most important tasks for maximum impact.
  • Strong integrity in the workplace
  • 100% Commission
