The Global Sales Division is responsible for developing powerful business relationships with companies and organizations from a variety of industries to help deliver room nights and revenue to our Franchisees. As a key member of our Corporate Sales Team, you will support a team of 8-16 Corporate Account Managers and Directors in maximizing Choice’s growth in the corporate segment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Update Salesforce with opportunities, profiles, and contracts, etc., per the requests and requirements of the Sales team.
  • Conduct rate loading audits to ensure successful implementation of negotiated rates.
  • Resolve customer issues related to incorrect rate loading, challenges with specific reservations, etc.
  • Support Corporate Sales Team with retrieving data for ad-hoc reports and other similar account analysis activity.
  • Provide sales support, address customer service issues, and other tactical/administrative tasks to multiple members of the Corporate Sales team.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required and provide logistical/administrative support as necessary.
  • Follow up on contracts and agreements to ensure completion and necessary implementation.
  • Conduct account research, such as production reports, mapping tools, etc. on request to support sales process.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to gather customer requirements, research issues, and produce professional reports and/or presentations on an ad-hoc basis.
Your Experience, Skills & Competencies
  • Experience with Salesforce and other data management software strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Manages time effectively and exhibits strong organization skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Communicates effectively in a fast-paced environment to properly support the team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; including strong PowerPoint and working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets using pivot tables (VLOOKUP preferred not required).
  • At least 6 years of sales and/or administrative support experience required.
  • Demonstrates willingness to learn and develop key skills.
Your Team Pick
This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Director, Corporate Sales. You will support 8 - 16 members of the Corporate Sales Team and will collaborate with cross-functional departments on a regular basis.
Your Work Location
As our Sales Support Coordinator, you will be a remote-based associate, working from your home office. You will be required to connect virtually with Choice team members and leadership on video via Zoom, with possible periodic travel in-person to our beautiful, state-of-the-art worldwide offices in Rockville, MD, Scottsdale, AZ, or St. Louis Park, MN. Nationwide travel will be required up to 10% of the time to visit conventions, the annual Global Sales Conference, team meetings, etc.
