Application Support Analyst

100% Remote

Direct Hire

Active Secret Clearance Preferred | Interim or Eligible required


Brooksource is Hiring a tier III analyst to support a federal helpdesk. You will be responsible for the escalation of Oracle EBS tickets. Must have strong hands-on experience with the E-Business Suite, Oracle Access Manager, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. Fully remote position, working in the central timezone. You must have an active secret clearance.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical configuration knowledge and facilitate knowledge transfer to the Government SMEs to include performing Oracle research on using My Oracle support, opening and tracking Oracle Technical Assistance Requests (TARs), and assisting with data extraction from TFMS
  • Conduct system analysis and performance profiling to identify critical areas for modification to ensure highest possible quality of code for scalability and performance.
  • Responsible for monitoring impacts on systems and the user community,
  • Provide routine support to TFMS users and SDDC Resource Management, to include analyzing and resolving day-to-day operational issues in the TFMS system
  • Supporting Oracle through timely maintenance updates and active bug resolution
  • Support application technical components for all in-use Oracle EBS modules

Qualifications:

  • E-Business Suite (EBS), release 12.2.8
  • Secret Clearance
  • Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) release 12.2.1.4, includes Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Release 12.2.1.3
  • Experience with the Oracle Federal E-Business Suite accounting applications to include:
  • IAM, includes Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Internet Directory (OID) release 12.2.1.3
  • Security + Certification
  • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) platform
