Our large nonprofit client is looking for an application support specialist to join their team that will provide front-end application support for a number of web-based products, as well as support programs and initiatives. This person will be responsible for monitoring all customer inquiries submitted through multiple communication channels including phone, email, internal mail, online web forms, and fax.
Candidates must be local to the DMV and open to a hybrid schedule. This position is a 12-month W2 contract. All McKinley roles include a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Resolve a wide variety of matters/requests (technical and non-technical) for a number of different products/programs effectively. Primary participant requests pertain to, but are not limited to site navigation, software bugs, data entry/submission, and enhancement requests for our web-based proprietary software
- Utilize various call centers technologies, such as Cisco Telephony System (ACD), Salesforce (CRM tool), Personify (AMS system), Sharepoint, and other in-house customer website interfaces/functionalities
- Account/user configuration and administration
- Consult and collaborate with representatives from a wide variety of functional areas
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external customers by responding to inquiries that come in by phone (inbound/ outbound calls), email, or other types of communication channels
- Triage of clinical-based inquiries
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented position
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, yet capable of working/thinking independently as well
- Experience supporting web-based applications (Tier I/II)
- Data entry experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool- preferably Salesforce
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in applicable areas
