Talent Acquistion Manager/Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist in SF or LA. The position oversees the human resources function (recruitment, retention, orientation, training, compensation/benefits, etc.) of the facility in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

• You’ll review and implement HR policies & procedures to support the business direction.
• You’ll handle payroll, benefit administration and income tax filing.
• You‘ll partner with different departments to coordinate, plan and to support high volume recruiting efforts through job fairs, on-site, virtual events, etc.
• You’ll help to build a right company’s culture which will support the business direction.
• You’ll build capabilities, implement effective sourcing techniques, and utilize interview best practices.
• You’ll identify the training needs in the country and address it through internal or external resources.
• You’ll be responsible for recruiting both blue- and white-collar positions.
• You’ll be responsible for professional hiring as well as direct & indirect recruitment strategy for teams in USA.
• You’ll improve the staff engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
• You’ll have a continuous improvement mindset and foster a culture of innovation through the design and execution of strategies to improve the hiring processes.
• You’ll lead the annual performance review process and drive for the high-performance culture.

资历

• You have knowledge of the current workforce; talent acquisition trends and benchmarks and you leverage best practices.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting. At least two years leading and implementing the recruiting strategy for e-commence industry for blue- and white- collar workforce.
• You focus on driving results and fluent both English and Chinese to work in.
• You possess a BA/BS degree in business or related discipline.
• You must be a self-starter with high agility, business acumen, change management and an ability to influence at all levels.
