Matura Farrington is seeking an HR professional to join a global firm within their dynamic Human Resources team. Prior experience in the legal or corporate sector is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1-2 years of Human Resources experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and handling employee inquiries.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Manage the HRIS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data, generate reports, and assist in data analysis.
- Assist with HR compliance activities, including maintaining employee files, ensuring adherence to legal requirements, and assisting with audits.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a legal or corporate setting is highly preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, Kronos) and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Compensation:
$55k - $60k annually depending on experience
