The position is full time with benefits and paid time off. It will be 100% in the office until fully trained, after which time, 1-2 days weekly can be remote. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the TA Partners in onboarding all newly hired employees. The TA Coordinator's responsibilities include:
- Data entry of employee personal data, compensation, and job data
- Communicating with leaders and employees
- Collecting new hire information, documentation, and licensure
- Scheduling appointments
- Scanning files into HR information systems
- Auditing employee files
- Posting jobs
This position works on all aspects of the onboarding process and keeps hiring managers and new hires updated on their status. The work is fast-paced and detailed, and requires strong organizational skills. New hires are organized by start date, with every detail and clearance required to be in place before that date. Many documents and clearances come in late in the process, so the ability to appropriately prioritize and remain calm under pressure are also essential attributes!

Minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
2 years of recruitment or similar HR experience
Shown strength with computer operations to include MS Office, Applicant Tracking and other HR systems.
Basic understanding of recruitment metrics
Working knowledge of human resources practices and labor laws in the areas of recruitment, hiring, AA/EEO, employee relations, compensation, training, benefits and wage and hour regulations.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of related experience
PHR Certification
The expected hiring range for this position is $25.47 - $35.03.
