Senior Bi Developer Jobs

This is an exciting opportunity to join CVS Health as part of the IT Reporting & Analytics team. This team provides detailed data analyses, reports, dashboards, and O365-based BI solutions for IT with a focus on Availability, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

The candidate will develop intuitive, user-friendly automation and BI solutions leveraging the capabilities of the Microsoft Office 365 application suite. The candidate will have expert-level experience with MS O365 products including PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Sharepoint, and Excel). The candidate will also be proficient with other BI tools, ETL processes, and dashboard design.

The candidate will possess strong technical and interpersonal skills and be willing to join a fast-paced, high-profile business area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation and data intake solutions leveraging Microsoft O365 suite of products (SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document their requirements, and provide targeted BI and automation solutions
• Optimize and tune BI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring timely delivery of reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain complex algorithms and data integrations to support reporting requirements across IT Service Management
• Develop and maintain end-to-end BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and reporting dashboards, to support business requirements and guide decision making.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 115,000
Maximum: 230,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in data modeling techniques, relational databases, and SQL query optimization
• Expert level experience with Microsoft PowerBI (including Capacity and Gateway management)
• 7+ years of experience designing and maintaining end-to-end BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and reporting dashboards, preferably within an Information Technology setting
• Expert level experience with MS O365 SharePoint, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate
• Expert level experience with MS Excel (including Data Models and Power Query)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, SAP, SAS, etc.)
• Experience with MySQL databases
• ITIL certification
• Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow; specifically Incident, Problem, and Availability

Education
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job or equivalent experience.
