Overview of Leader Talent Acquisition The Leader Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the recruitment and selection process for the organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring that the organization is meeting its hiring goals. The Leader Talent Acquisition is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources of talent. Detailed Job Description of Leader Talent Acquisition• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources of talent.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure the organization is meeting its hiring goals.
• Develop and implement onboarding processes for new hires.
• Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and selection.
Skills Required for Leader Talent Acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.

Qualifications for Leader Talent Acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR).
Knowledge Required for Leader Talent Acquisition
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection best practices.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and selection.
