Staffing And Operations Specialist, Remote (Temp) ($25.00 / Hour)

Responsibilities

• Market contingent staffing services to potential clients
• Mentor and develop staff on best practices
• Collaborate with leadership to overcome hiring obstacles
• Execute staffing strategies to meet service expectations
• Review and approve applicants based on staffing needs

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable employment regulations
• Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience
• Strong verbal, written, and customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking applications
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
