Overview A Learning and Development Specialist Temp is a professional who works with organizations to develop and implement learning and development programs. They are responsible for creating and delivering training programs, assessing employee performance, and providing feedback and guidance to employees. Detailed Job Description The Learning and Development Specialist Temp is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs for employees. They will work with the organization to identify training needs and develop programs to meet those needs. They will also assess employee performance and provide feedback and guidance to employees. The Learning and Development Specialist Temp will also be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
