- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Collaborates with the business partners and subject matter experts to conduct a comprehensive needs analysis
- Observes, evaluates, monitors and reports on effectiveness of training programs
- Uses employee survey tools to get real time actionable feedback
- Manages the needs analysis, design and overall implementation of learning and development programs
- Creates instructor and participant materials using sound instructional design methodologies
- Facilitates learning via classroom instruction and video conferencing incorporating a variety of presentation methods to accommodate adult learning styles
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to transform thoughts and ideas into learning initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
- High aptitude for using technology
- Ability to adapt to change quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; including ability to present in front of small and large groups.
- Experience with learning management systems (Docebo preferred)
- Experience with learning design software
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- 3+ years of Learning and Development experience
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
