Remote/// Operations Analyst Jobs

The Operations Analyst is responsible for improving operating performance based on the analysis of business data. The analyst is relied on for discovering opportunities and driving critical Operations initiatives. The role will be exposed to areas including, but not limited to, multi-channel sales reports, contract-based pricing maintenance, technology upgrades and implementations, and operational process improvements. The role will include other responsibilities as assigned.

The Operations Analyst reports to the IT Operations Manager.

Daily activities may include

· Preparing reports and communicating results

· Extracting data and conveying the need for change

· Defining solutions and developing action plans

· Monitor and maintain all EDI documents and trading partner relationships

· Coordinating efforts with stakeholders and monitoring performance

Desired Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree

· 2+ years in consulting, analytics, or supply chain

· Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (NetSuite ERP a plus)

· Experience with EDI systems a plus

· Proven decision-making and excellent problem solving skills

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and demands

· Strong verbal, written communication skills and technological aptitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
