Learning & Development Communications Specialist

Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.

We are seeking an Learning & Development Communications Specialist on a contract basis to support the Pilots, Change, and Measurement (PCM) workstream within our customer's compnay. The PCM workstream is focused on managing and coordinating pilot and change management activities across the company initiative. This includes testing the rollout of an external vendor platform to track third-party certifications and piloting the development and issuance of the company badges within targeted business groups.

This role is 100% remote with standard CST hours.

What You’ll Do

• Draft and refine communication assets in support of third-party certification pilots and firm wide rollout (e.g., emails, FAQs, quick reference guides, spotlight articles, website content)
• Track distribution of assets across stakeholder groups
• Identify and explore new communication assets and channels as appropriate
• Support evaluation of communications approach via surveys, focus groups, interviews, and data analysis
• Update communications based on stakeholder feedback

Must Haves

• Strong written communications skills
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools and applications (Word, PPT, Outlook)
• Demonstrated experience creating high-quality and impactful communication deliverables
• Experience supporting communications for technology implementations preferred
• Ability to self-manage and own end-to-end deliverable creation
• Demonstrated consultative approach and ability to work with stakeholders and audiences at a variety of management levels
• Experience with web-based applications/platforms to develop and deliver communications (e.g., Zoomforth, Sharepoint, etc.) preferred
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities within a complex project environment
• Ability to adapt communication tone, style, and delivery to a variety of audiences
• Experience delivering communications in a matrixed, professional services environment preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Hours & Location

• M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is 100% remote with standard CST hours.

The salary range for this position is: $31.38 - $41.38 per hour
