Location: Remote, working hours EDT - PDT (Part-Time, Independent Contractor)
Comp: $40/hr

Why this role exists
As a Talent Operations Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our teams, making sure all stakeholders are supported. You will own optimizing job posts, managing multiple ATS’ and disseminating new information quickly and accurately. Our Talent Operations Specialists are proactive problem solvers that keep engagements running smoothly and in perfect order.
Required Experience
- Using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, LinkedIn
- 5+ years of professional experience in recruiting, executive assisting, or operations.
- Creating reports and showcasing data in a simple, visually appealing format

In the first 90-days on the job:
- You will collect and keep track of data needed for ongoing reporting to share with the team and client during weekly meetings and in written reports, professionally communicating potential roadblocks and suggested solutions.
- You will keep each client’s ATS and Google Drive current by completing daily routine maintenance to process all changes and update profiles/cards/templates while communicating professionally with candidates.
- You will set up and help manage ATS’, like Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby.
- You will create meeting agendas, take notes, and document follow-up tasks accordingly.
- You will handle all scheduling of internal meetings and client interviews across multiple calendars, time zones, and client-specific requirements.
- You will manage multiple accounts across various tools, including but not limited to Google Workspace, Notion, Process Street, Calendly, Notion, TimeCamp, Linkedin, and job boards.
