Operations Manager & Support Specialist(100% Remote)

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Operations Manager & Support Specialist (100% Remote) for our premier client in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver SOP/Playbook that provides BAU processes and procedures to govern overall program: HQ/Divisions, existing governance platforms, links to all resources; maintain/update SOP per USAC/Legal changes or other business needs.
• Implement support process with mySupport NOS team for a mechanism to triage issues and report on issues; confirm all resources who will be resolvers; review mySupport reports to identify training and/or process opportunities; follow up with workstreams to review and implement fixes/enhancements.
• Maintain ongoing processes to support the enrollment process for RAD IDs including bulk uploads, monitoring of compliance with training and following up as needed with team members and ACP Leads to ensure compliance.
• Analyze needs for and implement a self-serve training model for Division Leads, for a repeatable and trackable training process.
• Work cross-functionally to support RAD ID onboarding to vendors and business partners as part of BAU.
• Coordinate efforts between the Sales organization, Compliance, Legal and ULearn for any ethics refresher escalation and requirements
• Develop and implement an annual recertification process for RAD ID certification.
• Analyze needs for and implement processes to onboard new Division resources and ensure all roles are fulfilled.
• Implement reporting views that provide visibility on ROI for organization: are seeing correlation between having RAD ID agents and greater success rate of ACP attachment.
