Sales Operations & Quotation Specialist (Remote)

• The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85.

General Purpose:

The Sales Operations & Quotation Specialist originates activity on sales initiatives and programs while providing quote and order support to Sales. This position works closely with the Sales, Service Delivery and Sales Operations teams to ensure sales initiatives and programs are done in a timely and efficient manner according to the company’s policies and procedures. Responsible for building the quote for new upgrade solution for the customer based on sales initiatives and projects.

Director, Sales Support

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update records and documents in key TPx systems.
• Create quotes with new solutions and assist with quote presentation and completion to customers.
• Map the new solution and/or services to replace existing services within the MRC based on the sales initiative and program goals.
• Review existing customer invoices and understand their current services.
• Monitor order quality and proactively identify and address opportunities for training the sales team.
• Participate in ongoing training and become skilled in any new products and systems.
• Maintain complete understanding and knowledge of all TPx product lines.

Other Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional communication with all internal and external customers.
• Assist and complete special projects assigned by management in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge and understanding of quality assurance.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Confidence and comfort in learning new applications and systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Other Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferred
