Drafts and send offer letters to candidates

Initiates and tracks progress of Pre-Hire Background Checks; adjudicates Former Employment and Education flags.

Bachelor 's Degree or equivalent experience

1-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources

Manage the administration & day-to-day activities of iFIT’s candidate onboarding program.

Help build & manage administration of multiple TA programs that include the Employee Referral Program & iFIT Internship Program

Coordinate hiring manager interviews directly associated with each functional TA specialist

Assist with vendor partnerships to create and manage resource strategies, execute project plans and obtain data to support recruitment activities

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum 2 years of experience in TA Operations or a related role is required

Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience

You will need to show up Camera ready (cloths and make up) for the production and be familiar with the script.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Temp) - OTG Management

· Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements)

· Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs

· Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process

· Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

· Experience with high volume recruiting

1+ years' experience using candidate applicant tracking or training management systems

Demonstrated experience in Project Management reporting performance and metrics

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Engage with Hiring Managers by conducting thorough intake sessions, debrief sessions, clarifying staffing needs and responsibilities

Manage positive internal and external applicant experience throughout the recruitment process

Discuss offer details with Hiring Managers and extend verbal offers and negotiate offers to successful acceptance

Manage heavy volume of scheduling and own coordinating interviews to ensure excellent candidate experience.

Manage internal candidate experience including updating process, interviewing top performing associates and providing feedback when necessary.

Community management – responding to comments, sharing posts, sharing feedback to Legal and PR when needed.

1-3 years of Human Resources, Recruiting Coordination or Administrative experience preferred.
