Overview A Staffing Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a staffing agency. This includes overseeing the recruitment, selection, and placement of personnel, as well as managing the administrative and financial aspects of the agency. The Staffing Operations Manager must ensure that the agency meets its goals and objectives, while providing quality services to its clients. Detailed Job Description The Staffing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, selection, and placement of personnel for the staffing agency. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting job interviews, and evaluating candidates. The Manager must also ensure that the agency meets its goals and objectives, while providing quality services to its clients. The Manager is also responsible for managing the administrative and financial aspects of the agency, such as budgeting, payroll, and billing. Job Skills Required• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in staffing operations
• Professional certification in Human Resources or related field (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of budgeting, payroll, and billing processes
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in staffing operations
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Experience in conducting job interviews and evaluating candidates
• Experience in managing administrative and financial aspects of a staffing agency
