We are currently seeking a Product Manager - Paradigm Estimate. The Product Manager is responsible for creating clear and attainable objectives, standards, and managing the associated constraints of supporting the digital products accounting for cost, time, scope, and quality.

What You Will Do:

• You are an owner; you feel personally accountable & responsible. You proactively look for problems & inefficiencies and find elegant solutions before they become issues. You will maintain a robust backlog, breaking projects into attainable milestones. You will define & track metrics to assess success & failure of products, while ensuring the team & stakeholders are aligned on goals.
• You will create & maintain product documentation that is the single source of truth about various digital products to keep teams aligned & informed.
• You will advocate and listen to our users to build an aligned roadmap, including driving apps/features to completion.
• You will be responsible for the future growth & success of our Digitizer tool through definition of product strategy and analysis of internal needs. You are the product evangelist.
• You will synthesize information from a lot of stakeholders & moving parts into simple soundbites, updates, directions & requirements. You will stay current on industry trends and challenges, you will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert.
• You will focus on a web-based tool that is at the center of the digitization process for Paradigm Estimate. You will help craft the vision of what this process will be, how it looks & how it feels like. You will make sure to keep the end-user in mind to make it an easy tool to use. You will be the person who helps this tool move fast, scale & remove any roadblocks.
• You will be innately curious - before you even consider a solution, you seek to understand and clearly articulate a problem. You will define goals & metrics to understand if your strategy is working & solving customers problems. You will lead with a data driven approach.

What You Need to Succeed:

• You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and recall detailed information in a timely manner.
• You possess business acumen with the ability to complete actionable market analysis, generate feedback and optimize digital product offerings.
• You have 4+ Years of demonstrated success as a Product Manager or related role.
• You may get to travel out of the country! A valid passport or ability to obtain passport that allows for travel outside of the US is required
• You have strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical messages, spotlight benefits & tradeoffs to provide clarity & direction.
• You have experience working within the building and/or building material industry. Cross-functional experience highly preferred.
• You are a strong problem solver with the ability to lead a team of direct and non-direct reports to push the solution & progress
