Job Description

Our client is an innovative International Cloud Virtualization/Infrastructure/Data Security Solution Company, well presented in the USA (office in NY), one of the top partners of the Major Global Vendors, such as VMWare, Dell, Microsoft, and HP, among others. The company is successful in the global market, crafting solutions with proven capabilities in designing, deploying & supporting complex IT Legacy & Cloud architectures, with a globally wide clientele of large enterprises, such as CocaCola, Johnson&Johnson, Visa, Jefferies. As an Implementation Consultant/ Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing large-scale complex solutions in the domains of Virtualization, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Data Protection, Storage, and Servers, from the infrastructure level to the end user device level.



Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and support our solutions at the top level according to the company best practices.

• Create High & Low-level design documents, including procedures documentation.

• Installation and configuration of virtualization solutions as part of the project scope (HCI, Software Defined Network, etc.).

• Provide effective technical support and fault resolution with timely feedback to customers, adhering to Service Level Agreements.

• Take ownership of patching and upgrading projects for Hybrid Cloud environments in various organizations.

• Testing new technologies, finding the appropriate use cases, and leading POC activities.

• Keep up to date with virtualization solutions using documentation and LAB tests and maintain required certifications.

• Work closely with other team members, solutions architects to provide the right solution to our customers.

• Lead a comprehensive Health Check process, provide reports and be able to assess best practice deviation.



Requirements:

• Demonstrated consulting skills, ideally through previous roles as a Consultant or Architect.

• 3-5 years of experience in maintaining and working with infrastructure technologies, compute, storage, and networking (not limited to).

• Virtual infrastructure knowledge and experience preferably VMware vSphere.

• Designing and implementing VMware based architecture for SDDCs.

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot RCAs in virtualized environments.

• Knowledgeable in configuring and understanding of infrastructure networking and SDN (Cisco switches and routers, Juniper devices, FortiGate, NSX-V, NSX-T).

• Hands-on experience with vSphere, vSAN, SRM, vROPS, vRLI, Nutanix.

• Strong experience with automation and scripts, PowerShell, Batch, JavaScript.

• Strong experience with troubleshooting complex multi-tier issues.

• Previous experience with customer-facing roles, Webinars.

• Previous experience with VMware vRA/vRO.

• Previous experience with AWS, GCP Clouds.

• Previous experience with DevOps solutions (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc.).
