What You'll Do
  • Run regular reports on major partner platforms
  • Surface complex and emerging issues and suggest changes to improve our service
  • Provide training or shadow opportunities for new hires
  • Provide Omnichannel support via phone, email, chat and text
  • Provide solutions that align with HopSkipDrive’s brand purpose and policies
  • Troubleshoot our website and app (iPhone and Android)
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with special projects
  • Contribute to our growing library of content, including macros and internal knowledge base articles
  • Take ownership of solving user problems through effective probing
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively
  • Assist manager with tasks as needed
  • Complete quality checks, identify blockers and initiate process improvements
  • Assist with documentation as needed
  • Assist with scheduling as it relates to the team’s tasks
What We’re Looking For
  • Familiarity with popular CRMs and ATSs- especially Kustomer and Fountain
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
  • Someone motivated by our mission and who embodies our core values
  • Ability to work in a high volume environment, handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Ability to recognize and resolve problems before they arise and report trends to management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Be able to switch between tasks, software systems, and duties with speed and ease
  • 12-18 months of customer service experience within associated roles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Google Docs

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $22 to $25/ hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
