CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a reputable client in the Healthcare industry seeking a Brand Production Manager. The Brand Production Manager will provide direction and support for internal clients requesting marketing, collateral, communications, advertising, signage and environmental branding by determining approach, aligning with appropriate subject matter expert within Brand Experience as needed and ensuring brand compliance. Brand production team members will develop branded content as needed, as well as oversee, organize and curate digital brand asset management systems.
Job Duties for this role will include:
o Leverages data and insights to derive marketing strategies for business units and entities as assigned, ensuring brand compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
o Serves as a project management system super-user and ensures consistent use of system.
o Provides training and consultation related to the project management system, its use and work flows. Actively resolves issues related to system, interacting with internal stakeholders, outside vendors and consultants, as well as departments across brand experience.
o Serves as primary contact for internal stakeholder inquiries, vendor collaboration and routine review of current items offered for purchase.
o Seeks opportunities to grow business, retain customers, increase awareness and loyalty by creating content about new programs and services, leveraging partnerships, relationships and contacts.
o Manages brand assets on selected tool to ensure appropriate record retention, optimizing capabilities by continually iterating approach and improving tagging and filtering methodology.
o Creates and reviews materials, advertisements and campaigns to ensure brand is protected and guidelines are followed.
o Develops timelines, budgets, plans, messaging and positioning strategies as needed to fulfill requests. Ensures stakeholders are informed of progress throughout project implementation.
o Advises leaders and provides market intelligence regarding business unit performance and customer impressions as part of managing relationship.
o Serves as primary contact for all brand-related questions and needs for business units served and system services as needed.
o Measures and shares results of marketing approaches, working to ensure strong ROI and successful outcomes for efforts.
Qualifications of this role will include:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, project management or related field.
4+ years of experience in related field such as marketing, communications and/or brand management experience.
Healthcare experience preferred.
