Reporting to VP - Fund Management, the Sr. Manager of Fund Management will be responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the Fund Management department. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for the reporting, compliance, and fundings of the Company’s project finance facilities. This individual will provide effective communication to both external investors and internal management, and will be involved in various strategic initiatives in the Fund Management department.

While we are open to candidates throughout the continental United States, preference will be given to candidates who reside in Greater New Orleans, Greater Philadelphia, NJ, CT, MA or RI.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Track fund asset performance, both in financial terms, i.e. collections, delinquencies, and terminations as well as operational, i.e. system production and customer outcomes relative to performance guarantees
  • Manage the deployment and sale (funding) of assets to PosiGen’s finance partnerships with various US financial institutions
  • Taking the perspective of “asset owner” and “portfolio manager”, partner with Accounting and Account Management to effectively report and regularly communicate with financial partners on asset and fund financial and operational performance
  • Support asset based diligence for Capital Markets in efforts with new and existing financial partners for tax equity and back leverage and/or corporate fundings and with rating agencies to support future ABS transactions
  • Managing relationships with potential tax equity and project debt investors that enables a programmatic approach and repeat year over year investments
  • Manage and update tax equity tracking models for purposes of after tax yield performance and flip timing


Candidate Profile:

  • MBA or equivalent
  • 4+ years experience in Renewables Finance with knowledge of equity and debt project capital
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ideally, candidates will come from the renewable energy or similar asset based industry
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level decision makers
  • Strong team player: ease working cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Legal and Asset Management groups
  • Experience with tax structuring, ideally partnership flip and leasing structures
