Sr. Sourcing Manager Jobs

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a skilled Sr. Sourcing Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As a leading global manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, baths, showers, saunas, and pool equipment, our products are available globally, and we have over 65 years of experience delivering innovative wellness products.

The Sr. Sourcing Manager will play a key role in driving our manufacturing process and establishing supply chain strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and potential regulatory changes to drive innovative strategies and best practices.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize the manufacturing process and supplier partnerships while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier research to identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of sourcing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and negotiate pricing and delivery terms to improve supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and manage risks associated with sourcing activities.
• Implement effective procurement policies and processes, including the use of contracts, to streamline supplier selection and management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing and/or construction industry, with a thorough understanding of related supply chains and market trends.
• Ability to perform complex financial analyses, write macros, develop formulas and use functions such as pivot and lookup tables
• RFI, RFQ, RFP and/or bid analysis experience a plus
• At least 7 years of experience in Sourcing Management, with a strong focus on sourcing strategy, contract negotiations & supplier management.
• Experience in negotiating pricing, purchase contract terms and conditions (including statements of work (SOWs) a must
• A moderate to complex level of knowledge in:
  • Ability to perform complex financial analyses, write macros, develop formulas and use functions such as pivot and lookup tables
  • Ability to draft contractual agreements and other documents suitable for presentation to intermediate and senior level internal associates.

• Experience in contract negotiation with vendors supplying direct materials, indirect goods & services, and transportation areas a must

• Fully Remote!
• Annual Pay: $120,000-$130,000 + Bonus
