· Experience using Blackbaud CRM, Luminate Online, or other fundraising and relationship management software

· Understand system capabilities and business requirements, and drive solutions

· Resilient in recovering from setbacks and skilled at finding detours around obstacles

· 2-4 (or more) years of experience in business systems analysis

· Good experience in negotiating scope and priorities, balancing and advocating for successful outcomes

· Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and SharePoint

Experience in a Business Development or Marketing role with related analytical experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred

Experience responding to ad-hoc requests, developing analysis, and producing reports

Experience with CRM platforms is preferred (InterAction, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce)

Researching and completing profiles in the firm’s CRM database; making recommendations regarding the system configuration and/or processes for data collection

Partnering with lawyers and BD colleagues to leverage data and insights to win new business

Ensuring the integrity of the data by processing duplicates and verifying information

· Previous exposure to corporate transactional matters, a proactive work ethic, and strong interpersonal and writing skills.

· Preparing tailored pitches, proposals, and responses to RFPs for distribution to clients.

· Organizing logistics for conferences, events, and speaking engagements.

· Creating marketing and other promotional materials as well as generating content for the firm’s website.

· Advising attorneys on marketing best practices, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and compiling deal information for ranking submissions.

· Assisting with the training, supervision, and mentoring of other team members.

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required

0-2 Years experience with business development required

Must be able to quickly assess the needs of the business, develop an action plan & manage the required change

Solid computer skills in Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word

Partner with sales leadership and cross functional team members to build Annual Plans to achieve both short-term and long-term business objectives.

Organized with project management experience and ability to manage multiple requests at one time

Execute one-off analysis projects for sales and account management teams as requested

Bachelor’s degree in relevant business area such as Finance or Economics; MBA preferred

3 years related experience required in business analytics and/or business development

Experience in strategic business modeling and financial forecasting is critical

Experience in sport betting environment a plus

2+ years of solar development experience

Utility scale solar project experience (any DG experience is a nice to have)

Ability to come into their Maine office occasionally

Ability to work for an international and diversified developer

Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, business management, or manufacturing operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation depends on the candidate's work experience, education/training, and related skills.

Summarizes and presents summary and detailed proposal information in internal management reviews and customer fact-finding meetings.

5+ years of experience in a business development, finance, or engineering role within the aerospace and defense industry

Researches and critically analyzes large volumes of data using spreadsheets and data mining skills to isolate and prioritize key data.

Works with the Finance team to gather and compile cost-estimating data.

Persistent focus on innovative management and operational processes to optimize company efficiency

Developing a command of the Access digital tool capabilities to drive broader adoption and identify enhancement opportunities

Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills; demonstrated ability to express complex ideas in a clear and concise manner

Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to drive change

2-4 years of professional experience in business development, marketing or sales preferred

Experience with CRM and Digital Automation tools a plus

Support Asset Management in analysis and understanding of operating solar plant performance relative to pre-construction energy estimates.

Knowledge, both technical and commercial, of how renewable energy assets are developed, constructed, operated and financed.

Manage and create spatial data in geographic information systems to support assessment, design, and optimization of projects.

Experience with databases and general understanding of information technology and database design and administration.

Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form are required.

Project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams without formal authority

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree level qualification

Understanding of the North American energy market and experience in business development

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Work alongside the Development Team to progress the portfolio of projects and enhance its value.

Assist in analyzing and understanding external environment in order to shape portfolio strategy.
