Job Description

Position

Sizigi is partnering with a leading public technology company to help them hire a Sr FP&A Manager, Marketing. This is a newly created role that will serve as a key financial business partner to the VP of Brand Marketing, EVP of Marketing Services, and VP of Advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial planning and analysis of monetization, programmatic ads, and brand partnerships.
  • Develop and monitor financial KPIs with Business Operations & Analytics to aid decision making and explain results
  • Support sales team target setting & compensation structures, quota attainment & payouts in collaboration with Compensation and Business Operations leadership

Desired Experience And Skills

  • People management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in digital ads/paid marketing
  • 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a high-tech, B2C SaaS environment
