The Sr. Analyst, Corporate FP&A is a key member of the Finance Department and has a highly visible role in supporting the Company’s planning and analysis efforts. The role entails supporting ongoing planning, forecasting and reporting efforts including headcount, product and business unit analysis. This role will report into the Director, FP&A. The candidate will support our stakeholders to ensure they have the data and insight they need to drive business success. The role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with rest of the FP&A, Accounting, HR and various business unit partners to ensure full transparency and alignment to overall strategy.

  • Manage personnel planning and associated reporting across business units and consolidated reporting.
  • Drive continual process improvement leveraging best practices, standardization and automation to scale the business.
  • Support CFO, investor relations and other business leaders with important ad-hoc requests.
  • Support various planning and forecasting efforts including consolidated long-range strategic plan, annual financial plan, business unit analysis and project viability.
  • Design and develop reports using spreadsheet and visualization tools, conduct trend analysis and present recommendations to business partners.
  • Develop business unit three-statement modeling and project ROI analysis.
  • Prepare various monthly variance reports and analysis and lead the review process including actionable insights into variances.
  • Handle data integration workflows between source data and reporting platforms.
  • Build strong partnerships with business unit managers and rest of the Finance organization.


Required Competencies


  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple dependencies and prioritize projects with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving strategic and operational goals.
  • Experience with database syntax including SQL/Snowflake, business intelligence/data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) a plus.
  • Experience with financial systems, Workday and Adaptive Planning preferred.
  • Manage large amounts of financial data with the highest degree of accuracy; experience in building/maintaining/ improving financial models preferred.
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial statement analysis across income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.


Desired Qualifications


  • Experience with a public company a plus.
  • 5+ years of direct, relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, private equity or investment banking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another related field. MBA or Masters in a quantitative field a plus.


The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness. Base Pay Range -$77,500 - $96,900
