About The Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for various corporate and GTM strategic initiatives related to short and long-term financial planning. You will have the ability to move to a strategic and operational role within a hyper-growth company, with the chance to make a significant impact on the business and work directly with senior management on making key investment decisions. This is a key role for our organization as we continue to evolve our Finance function in step with the overall organization.
Role Responsibilities:

• Partner with Accounting to ensure an accurate and timely monthly financial close
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, R&D and G&A to develop financial forecasts and budgets to support the company's growth objectives
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with the Sr. Director/VP FP&A on driving the company’s annual and quarterly planning processes

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with partners at all levels of the organization and externally
• Strong working knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
• Previous hands-on experience building operating and financial models to drive decision-making
• Extreme attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High level of ownership; can break down complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with autonomy

Nice-to-haves:
Knowledge of SaaS and relevant industry metrics, experience with Looker
