LastPass is looking for an FP&A Manager:
We are looking for a highly motivated and intellectually curious FP&A Manager to join our growing team, reporting to the Sr Director, FP&A. This is a high visibility role that will partner closely with our Go-to-Market leadership team and bring a CFO mindset to how we support the business.

Who will you work with?
This role will work closely with our Leadership Teams within the Go-To-Market and; and will bring a CFO mindset to how we support the business.
What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

• Drive ad hoc analysis to support key business decisions and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and implement processes to improve financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
• Support all long-range and annual planning activities, as well as quarterly forecasting and month-end close
• Partner with GTM leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics, providing insights into business trends and identifying areas of risk and opportunity
• Lead the development and maintenance of GTM financial models, including revenue, cost of sales, and expense models
• Provide analytical insights into GTM performance, including monthly reporting and variance analysis against budgets and forecasts

• A thoughtful collaborator, and great listener, keenly focused on understanding business challenges, building strong relationships and driving even stronger outcome
• Experience in a hyper-growth SaaS company, Sales & Marketing Finance experience, prior use of Adaptive Insights, and full cycle budgeting and planning knowledge
• Expertise in understanding, planning, and analyzing SaaS / ARR businesses models, and operational and financial metrics
• Able to “zoom in and out” of details when needed. You love to “roll up the sleeves” and get into the data and analysis while keeping the bigger picture in focus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $120,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $150,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
