Strategic Marketing Manager Jobs

We are helping one of our clients hire Marketing Manager to manage and execute regional programs for the Strategic Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting team members in the set-up and execution of various programs in alignment with the overall Regional Field Marketing strategy to support pipeline and revenue growth goals.

Responsibilities:

• Creates process documentation for all tasks and reports weekly progress to manager.
• Monitoring campaign inquiries and facilitate a timely lead management handoff to SDR/Sales for a good customer experience.
• Creating and managing the operational set-up of web pages using platforms such as Splash for upcoming events.
• Master multitasking, prioritization, and timelines while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Assisting with the creation of marketing-intake forms and gather all necessary information from stakeholders.
• Use Salesforce to pull reports for different sales segments, event attendees and create actionable insights to share with stakeholders for program pre/post event up.
• Supporting the team in utilizing project management tools such as Asana to track campaign progress and ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Work cross-functionally with Strategic Marketing team and vendors to effectively and efficiently set-up and execute demand generation programs.
• Oversee fulfillment of inventory, promotional items, brand approvals and collateral for regional events.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture and engage throughout the buyer’s journey
• Proven track record of managing demand gen marketing campaigns targeting key decision-makers using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising, and email.
• 1 - 2 years in B2B Marketing
• Ability to thrives in rapid growth, fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills, and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Must have 3-5 years of experience as a strategic marketing manager in a similarly sized organization.
• Can work independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years experience working in Salesforce
• Adapts well to change.
