Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing CX Field Marketing Manager to amplify our Customer Experience story. As the Field Marketing Manager of CX, you will play a pivotal role in driving and executing our demand generation strategy, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads and supporting our overall CX business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment on campaign priorities and initiatives.
About The Role
  • Coordinate and execute webinars, events, and 3rd-party trade shows, including content/topic creation, audience acquisition, logistics, and post event follow up
  • Foster close collaboration and communication with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification, handoff processes, and feedback loops
  • Monitor and analyze key performance campaign metrics: MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders and leverage data to drive data-driven decision making
  • Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, administrative tasks, day-to-day communications, and traffic
  • Collaborate with product marketing and integrated marketing teams to create customer-centric content and assets that align with CX initiatives such as blog posts, case studies, and videos, engage customers at different stages of the buyer's journey
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated, multi-touch campaigns across various channels which includes field events (virtually and in-person), targeted emails, ABM, etc. to achieve pipeline targets
  • Develop and implement a CX demand generation strategy by identifying our ideal customer profile, understanding their needs, and creating compelling messaging to attract and engage potential customers
  • Understand the full buyer’s journey and proactively consider how marketing can support at every stage in the journey
You Have
  • Outstanding written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience with planning and execution of regional events, digital campaigns, webinars, content syndication, and other third-party sponsorships
  • Must be high energy, passionate, and have a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Results-oriented, with a strong focus on analyzing marketing campaign performance and uncovering actionable insights from data
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing personas, use cases, and B2B industry as a whole
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented and motivated to hit quarterly targets
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance
  • 8 or more years of field marketing experience, supporting sales, building campaigns within B2B (preferably with Customer Experience)
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a preference for candidates experienced with Asana, Jira, or similar tools
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively with demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
Minimum
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$89,800.00
Maximum
$209,600.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
