Job Description

Preferred candidates reside in PST or MST, USA


Work closely with Senior Leadership to develop and execute marketing plans tailored to specific needs of retail partners

Oversee a variety of production responsibilities: organizing and managing tradeshows, promotions and events to showcase AlumierMD’s offerings and establish strong relationship with trade partners.

Plan, manage and execute all events, trainings and sales meetings in North American market

Partner with Sales and Education teams on creation of all training materials and media assets for retailer events

Develop commercial toolboxes including sell-in materials for sales teams and in store materials for retailers.

Recap, analyze sales event and interpret results

Manage Marketing calendar (tradeshows, sales events, trainings)

Oversee the project management for asset and content creation, visual merchandising updates in partnership with internal teams

Forecast, track, and budget sampling program – capture and summarize sampling results to recommend and execute sampling strategies to ensure most efficient spend of marketing budget.

Serve as Primary Participant in visual merchandising update requests, briefing, review through production ensuring local nuances within North American market.


Required Skills:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and focus on quality of work

Excellent collaborator with ability to foster and nurture relationships with cross functional team members

Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-pace environment

Must be autonomous, decisive with strategic-thinking

Entrepreneurial spirit

Microsoft Office Suite

Travel required (approx. 25% + potential weekends)

4-5 years relevant professional experience

Beauty industry highly recommended *but not mandatory*
