As a Senior Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing our content team and overseeing the development and execution of content strategies related to crypto exchanges and L1 blockchain technology. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including marketing, product, and development teams, to ensure that our content aligns with the company's objectives and effectively communicates the value of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of editors, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure high-quality content production.
2. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy focused on crypto exchanges and L1 blockchain technology, aligning with the company's overall marketing objectives.
3. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and user insights to identify content opportunities and guide content planning.
4. Create engaging and informative content pieces, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, PRs related to crypto exchanges and L1 Blockchain technology.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, technical information, and product updates to ensure accurate and up-to-date content creation.
6. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience to maximize visibility and engagement.
7. Manage the content publishing process, including editing, proofreading, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in crypto exchanges and blockchain technology, and incorporate relevant information into content strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the blockchain industry.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team.
5. Strong knowledge of content marketing principles, including content strategy, SEO, and content distribution.
6. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
7. Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize complex information into concise and informative content.
8. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and adapt to evolving industry trends.
9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
10. In-depth knowledge of CEX and L1 is required, not just a passion for the subject.
11. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is preferred.
